Breakfast Casserole

This lazy football Sunday was the perfect opportunity to make a breakfast casserole. This is a easy and filling way to satisfy all the troops!


Here is what you will need:
Thawed Frozen hash browns (rectangles or loose, your choice), enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
6 turkey sausage links cooked and chopped
8-10 slices turkey bacon cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Spray pan with non stick spray and place hash browns in bottom of pan. salt and pepper the hash browns lightly. Sprinkle shredded cheese over potatoes. Next, layer sausage and bacon. Mix eggs and  milk in a separate bowl with salt and pepper. Pour egg and milk mixture over entire casserole and top with shredded  cheddar. This is what you will have:


Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covering loosely with foil for the first 35 minutes. This is what you will enjoy:



You can add or subtract ingredients to your liking such as; bell pepper, green onion, chives, or any other mix-in you desire. The meats can also be switched out to whatever meats you enjoy. This would be great with ham!!! The combinations are endless and oh soooo yummy!!!!
